See example a in the picture
2: changes in order
a: sentence without any indication:

If the sentence starts with a time or place indication: the order switches.
See samples b and c.
b: Sentence starts with indication of place: in Amsterdam
in Amsterdam I drink milk
c: Sentence starts with indication of time: tomorrow
tomorrow I drink milk
Notice the difference with respect to the word order in English: in Dutch the word order changes for the given examples b and c.
<<<
With a question, the word order changes
a: you are drinking milk
b: are you drinking milk?
(look at the Dutch sentences in the picture)
Notice a: notice the difference in spelling of the verb with a question.
<<<
Notice again the difference in spelling with the personal pronoun you.
<<<
a: you drink milk
b: when do you drink milk?
c: how much milk do you drink?
Notice that drinking now refers to "how much milk" and there fore "melk"(3) is placed before 2 and 1.
d: with whom do you drink milk?
Again notice the difference in spelling of the verb with a question (compare a with b, c and d).
